Everything went well from the moment we booked until we gave the boat back. The staff is very friendly, helpful and able to adapt to different circumstances (e.g. when we arrived very late on day 1 duo to a car accident on the main road leading to the boat yard, they made all necessary arrangements, so that we could still arrive on that day and stay at the boat, instead of looking for alternative accommodation). The boat was in good condition and as we expected. Any queries were answered promptly and effectively. We would do it again and would certainly recommend it to everyone. The holiday was relaxing, beautiful and well organised.

Wonderful boat, super helpful staff. We broke our ignition key and the staff had a new one with us in half an hour so we made the next loch. Great value holiday in Scotland and far from the maddening crowds
Dear Mr Goodfellow, Thanks for taking the time to give us this lovely feedback. The Caledonial Canals are stunning and offer so many great activities to take part in too. We hope to see you soon! All the best, The Le Boat team

Very helpful, friendly and competent staff with lots of tips and advice. Good introduction to the boat. The boat was spotless. We took an older boat which, although without the convenience of a bow thruster, was good to handle. My only complaint would be the windows, as when the weather was bad, they were very drafty.
Good Afternoon, Thank you for your review of your boating vacation on the Caledonian Canal. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our staff and we are very glad to hear that you received top-notch customer service from the team in Laggan. We would expect nothing less. We hope to welcome you on board again in the near future! Best Wishes, Le Boat Team

Boat handover and return was good. Glad that we weren't charged by the hour for the engine. If we had we would not have received over 50% of our fuel deposit back. Boat was suitable for us all.
Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave us positive feedback. It's great to hear that you enjoyed your holiday and that you were happy with the handover process. We hope that we can welcome you on board again soon. All the best, The Le Boat Team

The staff on site were very helpful. The boat itself, however was about 30 tears old very tired and shabby and barely driveable when any sort of wind got up. Not much to do on the Caledonian Canal. Boat very tired, shabby and underpowered. Didn't even consider taking it on to Loch Ness with winds forecast to get a bit stronger.
Hi James, Thank you for the constructive feedback. I'm glad to hear that you were happy with the service you received from our teams however it's disappointing to hear that you were dissatisfied with your boat. All the best, The Le Boat Team
